This study aims to review the implementation situation of experiential learning in Management and Science University, hospitality education and explore the perceptions of lecturer’s and industry on the effectiveness of the adopted experiential learning methods. Observations and focus group discussions are conducted in three types of hotel and lecturer’s in SHCA faculty. This research used qualitative method for the lecturers of hospitality and tourism courses and professional. The qualitative research interview seeks to describe and the meanings of central themes in the life world of the subjects. The main task of interviewing is to understand the meaning of what the interviewees say. The study reveals that experiential learning activities are widely utilized in Management and Science University, hospitality education. Generally, lecturer’s and industry stated that experiential learning is more effective than traditional classroom learning. Nonetheless, they considered that experiential learning activities were being effectively implemented. Several suggestions are given in this paper to provide support to hospitality educators for improving the utilization of experiential learning methods and facilitate student learning.
